2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation email/WhatsApp.
• Prices may vary by season, availability, and partner updates; the price shown at checkout applies.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveller details and valid identification where required.
• Comply with local rules, permits, and safety advisories.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes are subject to partner availability and may incur price differences. Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Force Majeure

Events beyond our control (weather, road closures, strikes, natural calamities) may affect services; we will assist with feasible alternatives.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to amounts paid to us for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Account & Login

Customers may log in using either email/password or Google Sign-In. When using Google Sign-In, you authorize Saral Bhraman to access basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) solely for account identification and user experience purposes.

8. Governing Law

Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
