Refund & Cancellation Policy

Where partners have stricter non-refundable terms, those will override and be shown during checkout.

3. Partial Cancellations & Modifications

Subject to availability and partner terms; fare differences may apply.

4. Refund Timelines

Once the refund is approved , amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days

5. Payment Gateway Fees

Gateway MDR is typically non-refundable once a payment is captured. Where feasible, we will pass back any reversal received from partners/gateway.

6. Force Majeure

For weather/road closures, we’ll try to reschedule or provide credits as available with partners; cash refunds depend on partner approvals.
